Adult Cardiologist & Advanced Cardiac Imaging Cardiologist

Dr Matthew Zada is a specialist adult cardiologist with a strong academic and clinical background, and subspecialty expertise in advanced cardiac imaging. He completed his medical degree at the University of Sydney, graduating with the University Medal, before undertaking physician and cardiology training at Westmead Hospital.

He holds a Master of Philosophy (Medicine) from the University of Sydney, with research focused on infiltrative cardiomyopathies including amyloidosis, Fabry disease, and sarcoidosis. His work has been published in leading peer-reviewed journals, and he has presented at national and international scientific meetings. He continues to contribute actively to the medical literature, particularly in echocardiography, cardiac CT, and cardiac MRI.

Alongside his clinical practice, Dr Zada is committed to teaching and education. He is a Clinical Associate Lecturer at the University of Sydney and regularly tutors medical students and physician trainees.

He is dedicated to providing patient-centred, evidence-based care, with particular expertise in cardiac imaging, cardiomyopathy, and complex diagnostic evaluation.
